Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Retail Edge Trading (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, free-tier users, and paid subscribers.

2. The Service

Retail Edge Trading provides automated low-float momentum alerts, market scanning tools, conviction scoring, paper trading utilities, and related educational and informational content. Specific features available to you depend on your subscription tier.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid features are provided on a recurring subscription basis billed through Stripe. By starting a subscription you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Prices may change with notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute alerts, scanner output, or any other paid content outside of your individual account.
• Scrape, mirror, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm other users.
• Use the Service in connection with any illegal activity, including market manipulation or insider trading.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, our systems, or third-party systems integrated with the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, branding, scanner logic, conviction models, and related materials are owned by Retail Edge Trading or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your individual non-commercial purposes.

7. No Financial Advice

The Service is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. See our Disclaimer for full details. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Retail Edge Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or trading losses arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Retail Edge Trading and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and intellectual property — will survive.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by email or in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
