• No coordinated trading. We do not coordinate trade entries or exits with subscribers or any other party. Alerts are generated by objective scanner criteria and delivered to all eligible subscribers simultaneously according to their subscription tier.
• No pump-and-dump practices. We do not acquire positions in low-float securities for the purpose of alerting on them and selling into the resulting move. We do not engage in, condone, or coordinate market manipulation in any form.
• No insider relationships. We have no undisclosed business relationship with, or representation of, any company whose securities are alerted by the system.
• Equal access. We do not have advance access to alerts that the system generates. Operators who choose to trade alerted securities do so on the same terms and at the same time as any other subscriber on the same tier.
